Vincent holds an MBA in Tourism management (2017 – Modul Vienna Austria) and a Master in Sports sciences (2000 – KU Leuven Belgium). He is chief strategist in the board of directors of the Flemish DMO Visit Flanders. Has extensive experience in tourism research and data as former research manager of Visit Flanders (20+ years in the research team) and tourism policy and strategy building. Is former chairman of the Research group of the European Travel Commission, is lecturer about sustainable destination management and quantitative approaches to tourism at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and other universities and often keynote speaker at international conferences. Was operational director in an online research company (2015 – iVOX Leuven).
