He has a degree in Tourism, a master degree in Tourism Planning and a PhD in International Relations. With scholarships from different States, he has developed postgraduate and postdoctoral studies at universities in Madrid, Rome, Barcelona, \u200b\u200bBuenos Aires, and Sydney. He lectures on Tourism at the Universidad del Aconcagua, International Relations at the Universidad Nacional de Cuyo, as well as in the Master in International Relations at the Universidad de la Empresa (Montevideo, Uruguay), and in the PhD in Geography at the Universidad Nacional de San Juan. He was also consultant for a tourism development program financed by the IDB (Inter-American Development Bank).<\/p>\n<p>He has published some books: &#8220;Argentine tourist image. Tourism policy and foreign policy&#8221; (2010), &#8220;Argentina and its relations with East Asian countries&#8221; (2015), \u201cTourism Planning I: Formulation. Reflections from West Argentina\u201d (2020), \u201cTourism Planning II: Assessment. Reflections from West Argentina\u201d (2023).
